Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will bring your leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented environment. Our success depends on the advice and hard work of our team members who bring the Hair and Beauty world to our customers. You will be an innovator, role model, and coach who drives results and team development.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience by inspiring your team and ensuring each customer receives a great experience with personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee inventory.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
• Maintain the store's appearance and presentation.

Compensation Range

$26.00 to $30.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operations, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Additional Information

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally using a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Physical requirements include long periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
