JOB DESCRIPTION

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to support multiple large scale programs. This Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring costs, schedules, performance goals are all met before deadlines. This Manager will need to come from a defense/aerospace manufacturing background . Day to day operations include communication with customers and updating on program details. Some responsibility may include being involved with business development, proposal activities, and capture management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of program lifecycle management experience within the defense/aerospace

• Bachelor's degree (STEM, Business, or equivalent degree)

• Experience with program product development (managing programs from start to completion)

• Experience with schedules, budget controls (cost accounting and reporting), and project reviews

• Must come from a background in a manufacturing, production, and engineering

• Experience with managing multiple programs

• Process improvement experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• PMP

• Full understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)

• US Secret Clearance
