Join Our Team as an HVAC Technician in Spokane

We are seeking experienced and licensed HVAC Technicians to join our Spokane Service Team. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in servicing, operating checks, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with McKinstry's service team and collaborate with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
2. Perform maintenance, service retrofits, and energy upgrades on commercial HVAC systems.
3. Consult with clients regarding issues identified during servicing.

This is a union position through Local 44, offering growth and development opportunities in the trade. The pay range for this position is $42.53 - $51.35 per hour, depending on experience and knowledge. This is a non-exempt, hourly role, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including medical and financial plans. Pay information is based on market location.
