Summary

The Project Superintendent oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating, and directing other trades. Responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts. Responsible for safety, planning, cost, and productivity, while fostering an SQP culture. Maintains high-level client relationships through professional conduct.

The Project Superintendent should possess competency in the following areas to perform their role safely, with high quality, and productivity. The listed areas describe the general nature of work but are not exhaustive:

• Coordinates and Executes Work
• Oversees and Directs Staff
• Promotes Client and Industry Relations
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Line & Grade experience
• Foreman experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
• May require appropriate Craft Certifications
