Primary Job Responsibilities
Safety
- Maintain a safe environment by prioritizing safety, ensuring cleanliness, conducting meetings and trainings, and reporting incidents.
Food Management
- Handle food questions, preparation, sanitation, inventory, cleaning, and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and Personnel Management
- Train, develop, evaluate employees, assist in hiring, and ensure ongoing training and performance management.
Customer Service and Site Relationships
- Provide prompt service, handle transactions, develop relationships, manage cash and inventory, and ensure store presentation.
Business and Financial Management
- Manage store operations for profit, monitor merchandise, execute promotions, control expenses, and report sales.
Facilities Management
- Maintain physical structures, report issues, ensure equipment safety, and proper signage.
Personnel Assistance
- Support team building, staffing, and scheduling.
Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
Physical Demands
- Standing, walking, vision, communication, safety adherence, reaching, squatting, lifting, climbing, and exposure to fumes and noise.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the US, with a high school diploma or GED preferred. Retail, food service, and cash handling experience are advantageous, along with food supervisory experience.
