As the Director of Quality & Opex within the spinoff of Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality in our products and processes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on increasing customer satisfaction through implementing industry best practices using digital, lean, and Six Sigma tools. This involves collaborating, coaching, and mentoring ISC leaders globally. Additionally, you will foster a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of ISC in AIS within the spinoff. The role can be based in Spokane, WA, or Morris Plains, NJ, based on your preference. Both locations offer a dynamic environment where you can leverage your expertise to drive impactful change.
The annual base salary range is $170K - $200K. This serves as a guideline; actual offers consider factors such as experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
