You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing elevator modernization and repair projects across both public and private sectors. From aging infrastructure to high-spec modernization scopes, you'll bring a consultative, strategic approach to helping clients make informed decisions about their equipment.

Compensation: 80k-150k+ DOE
