SKE Client Relationship Manager

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base salary + commission

Schedule:

  • Monday: Office day - planning the week and internal meetings with managers
  • Tuesday-Friday: Field work - conducting customer site visits

Provided: Mileage reimbursement, computer, cell phone

We are searching for a passionate and results-focused Safety Kleen Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts while also uncovering new business opportunities to enhance revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales or environmental services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance a portfolio of existing accounts to consistently achieve sales targets by promoting new lines of business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (including marketing, customer success, and product development) to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to meet or exceed established sales quotas.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to uncover potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions utilizing CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in Environmental Health & Safety is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while managing 300+ client accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools is beneficial.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
