About the Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of civil engineering projects and leading a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil infrastructure projects
• Managing project scope, schedules, and budgets
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership
• Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• Coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
• Providing construction oversight and administration as needed
• Leading business development efforts, including proposals and client engagement

• Water distribution and sewer collection systems
• Stormwater infrastructure
• Roads and highways
• Water and wastewater treatment systems
• Subdivision land development
• Commercial site design
• Federal government facility improvements (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects)

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred)
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Demonstrated success managing projects and leading teams
• Strong client relationship and business development experience
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with infrastructure needs in the Spokane region is a plus
