Description:

Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager - Spokane, WA

Lead projects you believe in. Build with purpose. Be part of a team that truly values you.

After more than a decade of experience, you've learned that how a project gets done is just as important as what gets built. You've led teams, delivered great work, and built trust with clients. Now, you're ready for the next step that brings deeper impact, autonomy, and a culture where you're not just respected - but truly valued.

At Osborn Consulting, you'll find that next step. We're an employee-owned firm where integrity, relationships, and community service guide everything we do. In Spokane, we're growing our civil engineering team and looking for a senior project manager who thrives when given the trust to lead, mentor, and shape meaningful public infrastructure work.

If you're looking for a place where you can make a lasting mark - not just on your projects, but on the people around you - you'll feel right at home here.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

  • You'll work on impactful, community-focused projects. From sustainable stormwater systems to safe pedestrian corridors and restored habitats, our work makes people's lives better.
  • You'll join a culture where people come first - and stay. Many of our leaders grew from within, and we're proud of our strong retention and team-first mindset.
