What You'll Do:

As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will contribute to a variety of projects across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing different types of Surveys including Property Boundary, Topographic, Construction Staking, ALTA etc.
  • Operate a Trimble GNSS as well a Conventional and Robotic Equipment
  • Process survey data using Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D


What We're Looking For:

We are looking for self-motivated surveyors who are passionate about producing high quality work and is a team player who exhibits leadership potential. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associates degree in Land Surveying preferred
  • LSIT certification required, PLS license preferred in Washington or ability to obtain within 2 years
  • Have a Valid Driver's License and Insurable driving record
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and deadlines
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a desirable
  • Familiarity with Washington state work or residency is preferred
  • Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
