Environment Control is hiring a Specials Team/Floor Technician to work primarily in the evenings with occasional day shifts. The responsibilities of this position include maintaining the cleanliness and quality of carpets, upholstery, VCT tile, other hard surfacefloors, utilizing floor cleaning machines, and window cleaning, etc. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a willingness to stay and help until all the nightly jobs are completed. This position has a flexing schedule with varying end times. Must be willing to work occasional days and weekends.

Requirements

What we require:

• 1 year experience required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must have ticket/violation free driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to work days and/or weekends as needed
• Must have Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2) in English, with the ability to understand basic training and safety instructions
• Own vehicle (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
