Assistant Coaching Position Opening
POSITION: HS Track Assistant Coach
TERM: Supplemental Contract for the 2024-25 Season
SALARY: .13% OF KEA BASE SALARY SCHEDULE KEA Salary Schedule
Qualifications
- Appropriate coaching experience at this level.
- Knowledge of required skills, techniques and strategy appropriate to level.
- Desire to improve programs and work with Middle School Students.
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, parents, community, staff and administration.
- Ability to effectively coach and manage students of this age level.
- Ability to model skills, techniques and strategy.
- Ability to promote and encourage a positive attitude within the team, both on and off the court.
- Ability to complete all assigned tasks including completing WIAA coaching requirements and working with teachers and administration to ensure student eligibility.
