We're seeking a high-performing Director of Event Operations leader with experience in corporate conference centers or the finance industry workplaces background to orchestrate large-scale, multi-building events on a dynamic campus in Washington DC —If you're energized by demanding clients and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

• Salary - $100,000-$125,000...*based on skill, experience, and work history
• Monday thru Friday Role! - No holidays - No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, hospitality preferred
• Five years events/conference center experience
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch hospitality company
