Job Description:

• Lead the technical transfer of new pharmaceutical products
• Assess incoming manufacturing processes for compatibility with site capabilities and infrastructure.
• Direct the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Enhance gross profit margins and reduce process deviations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP_, European regulatory frameworks, applicable United States Phamacopeia (USP) chapters, and other relevant scientific and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and manage the Process Engineering team
• Travel requirements are minimal (<15%)

Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 7-10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or FDA regulated industry experience
• Supervisory or other leadership experience
• Project management
• Master's degree preferred
• Statistical analysis skills preferred
• Lean manufacturing principles skills preferred
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Conflict resolution
• Emotional intelligence
• Communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Ability to solve complex problems and influence outcomes
• Drive creative solutions on new applications

Shift: 10hr day shifts Thursday – Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Hiring Wage: $103,500 - $153,000 depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
