Now, we're looking for a Project Engineer to join our Spokane-based team and be part of shaping the future of construction.

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a vital role in delivering complex commercial projects, collaborating with experienced builders, and developing into a future construction leader. Whether you're in the field or supporting operations from the office, your work will directly contribute to our mission of building better communities.


Note: Travel is likely. Most current projects are located within a 3-hour drive of Spokane, and may require overnight stays during the work week depending on project needs. Additional compensation may be provided when working out of town for extended periods, depending on project location and duration.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate submittals, RFI tracking, and procurement logs to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Review subcontractor/vendor submissions for scope, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, maintain documentation, and support project team communication.
  • Support project managers with buyout, subcontractor coordination, and material tracking.
  • Assist with scheduling, change orders, and construction documentation.
  • Participate in on-site activities, including safety meetings and material inspections.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent field experience)
  • 0–7 years of experience, depending on education and hands-on exposure
  • A strong foundation in commercial construction processes and project lifecycle
  • Familiarity with construction management platforms and tools (e.g., Autodesk, Bluebeam, P6)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); scheduling experience preferred.
  • Team-first mindset, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 DOE
