It is why Morrison-Maierle has been voted by Zweigs “Best Places to Work.” Join us as a Site-Civil Engineer withn our Land Development group to be part of this success.POSITIONResponsibilitiesThe Site-Civil Engineer will be responsible for the engineering design and construction oversite of site-specific infrastructure projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments. It will be the primary responsibility to take the overall site development plan and translate it into detailed engineering drawings needed for construction. During the construction phase, the engineer will provide oversight and support the implementation of the plans. These responsibilities include:Work with the client and project team to interpret the overall site development plan and translate it into detailed engineering drawings.Manage project tasks including technical report writing and coordination with multidisciplinary team, architects, and clients.Assess the suitability of the site for development.Design and plan necessary infrastructure such as roads, utilities, drainage systems, and grading.Navigate regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permitting to meet project requirements.Oversee the development engineering design process from conception to completion.Develop cost estimates and prepare and manage budgets.Provide construction administration services during the construction phase of the project.Works with Operations Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence“As employee-owners, we don't just work here, we grow here.
