Job Summary

Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with all phases of daily operations, focusing on front desk, housekeeping, retail, shuttles, rentals, maintenance, and F&B. Ensure excellent guest service. The Location Manager should work independently, make decisions confidently, and communicate effectively with the property's executive leadership.

Compensation Amount

31.00 USD Hourly

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, achieving financial goals, motivating staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role requires hands-on leadership and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Assist in managing the multi-unit's financial performance, including sales, labor, and profit forecasting, budgeting, and operational supervision.
  2. Create a welcoming guest experience that encourages guests to enjoy all services.
  3. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure service recovery.
  4. Monitor and direct staff to complete tasks efficiently and safely across lodging, retail, and F&B.
  5. Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and scheduling, enforcing policies appropriately.
  6. Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure clear communication.
  7. Develop staff through ongoing training and guidance.
  8. Perform meaningful performance reviews, recognizing strengths and growth areas.
  9. Maintain a safe environment, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, health standards, grooming, and cash controls.
  10. Inspect and uphold cleanliness and organization in all guest areas.
  11. Maintain stock levels and product availability.
  12. Have working knowledge of dining, front desk, housekeeping, gift shop, POS/PMS operations, and merchandising to assist daily operations.
