The Account Manager, Investor Success serves as the primary contact for Pronto Pilates studio investors, ensuring a high-quality experience and driving key performance outcomes. A core KPI for this role is achieving a 100% waitlist for investor-owned studios within six months of opening. To meet this goal, the Account Manager will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align investor-owned studios with Pronto's membership growth and financial targets.
The ideal candidate is performance-driven, highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
