As a fast-growing foodservice distributor, Harbor Foodservice values our customers and our Team Members, providing opportunities for career growth.Compensation: $70-100K guaranteed salary + benefits.Benefits include paid vacation, sick, personal and holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and Employee Assistance Program.This territory is Spokane/Coeur d'Alene.Responsibilities Build relationships with customers by offering proactive ideas and solutions to enhance their competitiveness.Prospect for new customers through cold calls and effective sales presentations using Harbor's sales model.Increase sales revenue and gross profit by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.Meet monthly sales and gross profit targets, including Harbor Brand goals.Coordinate with a team of experts to deliver tailored solutions to customers.Use industry metrics for customer business reviews to strengthen relationships.Provide timely information on procurement and delivery needs.Collaborate with inside sales representatives to maintain account activities.Manage inventory levels to minimize shortages.Utilize CRM tools for communication and data analysis.Handle collections for sold products.Attend trade shows, seminars, and vendor demonstrations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.Successful experience in building a sales territory in the foodservice industry preferred.Ability to confidently close sales.Knowledge of inventory, operations, and culinary aspects of dining establishments.Professional appearance.Excellent communication, analytical, and computational skills.Computer literate and adaptable to new technology.Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a safe driving record.Ability to travel approximately 20%, with expenses paid.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/Vets/Disabled.Additional Details Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob functions: Sales, Business Development, DistributionIndustries: Wholesale, Restaurants, Food & Beverage Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
