Job Description: Responsible for installation and service of company products, including troubleshooting and support on machinery in the field.

Location: Spokane, WA, USA

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical training and support to customers to optimize production and machine efficiency.
  • Conduct on-site installations and upgrades of proprietary equipment.
  • Inspect installations and observe operations for conformance to specifications.
  • Analyze customer production needs and recommend improvements.
  • Audit machinery status and propose enhancements for performance and safety.
  • Support technical issues at various locations.
  • Perform electrical servicing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Report and service defective components.
  • Create and update troubleshooting manuals and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with automated equipment, electrical technologies, and system calibration.
  • At least 3 years of experience with PLC/HMI platforms and electrical schematic software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 40%) and internationally (up to 60%).
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

Compensation: $128,233.00
