To be the first point of contact and assistance for visitors and callers; to facilitate the flow of information and communication; to produce high quality office work; and to provide key support to Parking administration. Major Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person/department. Answer/transfer calls and document/distribute messages as appropriate. Assist the public with providing information in-person, over email, and over the phone. Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail including FedEx and UPS. Collect parking fees from customers and process employee parking transactions, promissory notes, and exception tickets. Track office supplies inventory levels. Provide clerical support to staff; receive hand-written edits or drafts of letters, memos, forms, and other materials for word processing and copy support.
