Provide eligibility assessment to homeless or at-risk individuals who seek WFS program services. Provide direct services to homeless and at-risk participants through coordinated entry assessment and other appropriate program referral services within WFS or in the community. Develop community resources to enhance the ability of the participants to maintain permanent housing. n. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. n.
