CLASS SUMMARY The City of Spokane, (WTE) Transfer Station invites applicants to apply for the position of Temporary Seasonal Site Attendant! The Waste to Energy (WTE) Transfer Station provides clean and convenient, one-stop drop locations for yard waste, food waste, trash, recycling, and household hazardous waste. EXAMPLES OF JOB FUNCTIONS The following Responsibilities and Requirements are functions the individual who holds or desires the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation. The incumbent in this position will work directly with the public in ensuring that processes and procedures are followed in the disposal of waste materials. Aids customers on the tipping floor and recycling center, in the disposal of solid waste and recycling materials. Greets customers and directs them to the appropriate waste disposal bay.
