This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your technical expertise by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for installing, updating, performing preventative maintenance, and other services on state-of-the-art Temperature Management Systems in hospitals across the United States, while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a short-term, 100% travel position, with an average of 2-4 weeks of travel per month. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing ongoing communication and support to hospital staff.
2. Organizing, evaluating, and updating medical devices.
3. Installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
4. Conducting routine checks and recording data from product tests.
5. Maintaining accurate documentation and submitting daily reports.
6. Traveling locally, regionally, and nationally, with occasional international assignments.
7. Working a 40-hour week with potential overtime.
8. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
9. Compliance with client requirements, including vaccination policies.

Minimum qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent military training or technical field service experience (3-5 years). Candidates should possess strong computer troubleshooting skills, professional communication, self-motivation, and a valid drivers license with a personal vehicle for local travel. Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to seventy pounds is required. Candidates must also meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements and reside within 45 minutes to 1 hour of a major airport.

Beneficial qualifications include experience in biomedical, networking, military, or technical healthcare roles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
