Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Equipment Knowledge - Continued learning on equipment, comparisons, features, applications, etc. and able to demonstrate/convey this knowledge in a professional/friendly way.
  • Ordering Restaurant Equipment and Follow up Writing orders proficiently, keeping track of items on our CRM and following up frequently with customers.
  • Proactive Phone Service - To be proactive in answering phones, confident in asking questions to qualify accounts and finding the best person to take care of the customer.
  • Customer Service - Professional and prompt follow up, feedback, moving accurate information quickly and proficiently. Curiosity in positive questions for helpful conversations.
  • Website Chat - Collaborating with the team lead and being scheduled to watch be at the computer, monitoring the website chat.
  • Website Equipment Maintenance - Uploading pictures, maintaining pricing, connecting videos, updating descriptions, etc.
  • Sales Floor - Greeting, qualifying, helping and checking customers out on the sales floor.
  • Scheduling Assist with scheduling out single piece deliveries and communication with the Project Operations Specialist.
  • Internal Communication - Utilizing our internal communication systems, lead follow up system and technology to maximize the open flow of communication through the full sales process to completion. Team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Very proficient in MS Office Products and typing.
  • Proficient at communication on phone and/or using technology to communicate.
  • Very organized.
  • Process-Oriented.
  • Culinary Experience Preferred.
  • Culinary Degree Preferred.
