As a Sr. Engagement Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to our largest client program. An appreciation for technology, obsession over customer experience and detail, and deep marketing and agency experience running large and complex marketing programs are ideal. YOUR ROLE

With your leadership, you will:

  1. Provide Account Leadership
    • Work with clients to uncover additional business needs and objectives, craft strategies, and identify/implement marketing and content solutions to achieve client goals
    • Develop, design, and create solutions that envision possibilities for the client
    • Proactively drive account strategy, planning, and tactics to monitor health, develop growth opportunities, and manage profitability
    • Pitch Indigo Slate's offerings with broad knowledge of Creative, Marketing, and Technology services
    • Act as the main client POC, ensuring quality and maximizing profitability
  2. Build and Grow Client Relationships
    • Understand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance performance
    • Build trust, credibility, and client referrals
    • Pursue new projects via status calls and meetings
    • Stay informed on client products/services/marketing developments
    • Be a trusted partner and advocate for clients
  3. Effectively Lead Team
    • Work with SMEs managing project delivery, collaborate, and guide cross-functional teams
    • Foster teamwork through coaching and mentoring
    • Provide leadership that rewards creativity and accountability
    • Own scoping, estimation, and project briefing
    • Review and contribute to program plans, proposals, and pitches
  4. Drive Against Business Objectives
    • Maintain or improve account profitability
    • Manage pipeline activities and monitor opportunities
    • Own revenue retention, margins, CSAT, and delivery success
    • Own YOY growth of the account

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7+ years of industry experience, preferably in a creative or marketing/advertising agency
  • Experience with clients in the Technology space preferred
  • Managing large, complex global marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills for internal teams and clients
  • Proven client relationship development and service experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience owning revenue/quota targets and growth plans preferred
