The Groundskeeper / Porter at Cooper Street Capital is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to grounds maintenance and general property upkeep. This includes lawn care, tree/ bush trimming, weeding, snow removal, deicing, painting, trash removal, cleaning, and general maintenance repairs. The Groundskeeper / Porter will report to the Community Director. The Groundskeeper / Porter will attend to four communities in the Spokane region, this is a multi-site position.
