You see HR not just as policy—but as a strategic lever to shape culture, drive growth, and support people.Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in human resource managementThorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong time management, organization, and conflict resolution abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new HRIS and talent systemsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionAbility to commute or relocate to Post Falls, ID prior to startWHAT YOU'LL DO As HR Partner , you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the HR function—serving as a trusted partner to leadership, a resource for team members, and a proactive steward of culture and compliance.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead recruitment and hiring processes for open roles, in partnership with department managersConduct interviews, background checks, and employee eligibility verificationsOversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs that reflect our brand and culturePerformance & Development Facilitate timely and constructive performance reviewsTrack employee training, certifications, and compliance requirementsSupport employee development plans and career growth conversationsCoordinate internal training, employee recognition, and engagement programsHR Operations & Compliance Manage employee relations inquiries and escalate sensitive matters as neededAttend and support disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsAdminister compensation, benefits, and leave programsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal labor lawsMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and policiesMonitor evolving HR trends and recommend process improvementsCulture & Strategic Support Champion our core values in all aspects of HR operationsAct as a culture-builder and resource for team members across locationsProvide insights and recommendations to support organizational goals and growthWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT You'll play a vital role in supporting the people who power the brand —making a direct impact on workplace culture, retention, and growth.
