Job Details

Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms , windows, etc. Use of battery operated commercial floor scrubber/cleaner. Dispose of trash. Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed. Track storage tenants via computer software / scanning of storage units. Call delinquent tenants to collect payment. Outdoor facility maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Facility Housekeeper Minimum Qualifications:Efficiency / Organization skills. Willingness to learn. Self-starter.
