TierPoint is seeking an Operations Specialist who will play a vital role in providing high quality customer service and supporting internal and external communication. Ideal candidates will have experience providing customer service in general receptionist/administrative duties. In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients and assist with coordinating meetings both internally within different departments and with external clients. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, independently with minimal direction while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff.
