We're Seeking a Senior Health Counsel for an Am Law 100 Firm!

Are you an accomplished attorney with a strong background in healthcare fraud and abuse laws? We're partnering with a top-tier Am Law 100 firm to find a highly skilled Health Counsel or Senior Counsel to join their nationally recognized Health Care & Life Sciences practice.

This is a hybrid role offering a high-impact opportunity to advise clients across the health care and life sciences industries on complex litigation and regulatory matters.

We're looking for candidates with 6-10+ years of experience specifically handling False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation. A deep knowledge of federal health care fraud and abuse statutes and regulations is essential.

Prior government experience at the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a U.S. Attorney's Office is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, along with strong academic credentials.
