SUMMARY
The Product Manager II will work in collaboration with the Product Management team on the ongoing development, implementation, and management of bank products. This position will oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle management, from idea generation to implementation and sunset for a defined product set. Additionally, this position will provide assistance in support of the daily functions of the Product Department, including project leadership, development of product materials and tools, conducting product research, and analysis with focus on short-term execution and long-term strategy, vision, growth, and end-to-end user experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $78,540 to $125,730 per year (in CO & WA) and $71,400 to $114,300 per year in MN, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
