What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
- Write code that adheres to coding standards and perform code reviews
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning
- Monitor work against production schedules and report any technical issues
- Mentor associate software engineers and contribute to their development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, JSON
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Administrator, Consultant, Developer, Email Specialist)
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and deployments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Core Products and related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
