Role Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, overseeing daily store operations, managing the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, creative input, and talent development. The Store Manager will foster an inclusive environment and have opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and customer experience
• Managing store presentation and sales floor
• Overseeing store and stockroom operations
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• Training and developing team members
• Implementing asset protection measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team building and leadership skills
• Interest and knowledge in fashion

Compensation: The starting pay rate is $28.00 per hour, with potential for future modification.
