Employment Specialists work closely with participants to identify career opportunities, navigate barriers to employment, & connect to valuable community resources.n. Education &/or Experience:Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.n.
