CEM is ramping up and we're on the lookout for skilled Production Operators across multiple Goldfields and Pilbara projects.

We've got plenty of site options throughout WA andwe're chasing experienced Digger, Shovel, and Dozer Operators ready to jump into action on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

The Gig:

Step into the driver's seat of massive machines - from Liebherr 9400s to CAT 6060s and D10/D11 Dozers. You'll play a critical role in daily production, safely moving tonnes of material to hit targets and keep operations ticking like clockwork.

You'll be part of a tight, professional crew where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are king.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating large-scale diggers, shovels & dozers
• Loading haul trucks to daily production targets
• Completing pre-starts & maintaining equipment to site standards
• Sticking to site safety, environmental, and company protocols
• Bringing a positive, team-first mindset to every shift

• 2+ years in a production mining environment
• Hands-on experience with CAT 6060s, Liebherr 9400s or D10/D11 dozers
• A safety-first mindset and a "get it done" attitude
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Great communication and the ability to work independently
