Donald L. Mooney Enterprises, LLC dba NURSES Etc STAFFING is sourcing a qualified General Maintenance for the EPA Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area Facilities.

This position works under the direct supervision of the Labor Services Supervisor. The General Maintenance worker responsibilitiesinclude:
• Install and remove signs, bulletin boards, pictures, posters, etc.
• Assemble, dis-assemble, and /or install furniture and shelving.
• Install and/or remove drapes, blinds, and office fixtures.
• Providing minor repairs, painting, carpet tile replacement, and restoration of walls, doors, and baseboards broken or marred as a result of contractor moving or relocation responsibilities and functions; providing emergency clean-up, including use of vacuum and other cleaning equipment; and removal and installation of ceiling tiles when building owner's personnel are unavailable.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds by themselves.
• Other duties as assigned pertaining to General Maintenance Only
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing comparable duties, functions, and/or responsibilities to those described above.

• EPA Spaces: 3rd-8th Floors; Mezzanine; Concourse Level Fitness Center; Contractor Basement Office; Loading Dock Space with EPA specific cage.

EPA property warehouse: 8335 Ardwick Ardmore Road, Landover, MD
Pickup/Deliveries occur from the EPA Warehouse to the following locations

• Daily Deliveries/Pickup
• Federal Triangle Complex (William Jefferson Clinton Buildings and Ronald Reagan Building

• As Requested, Delivery/Pickup
• Washington National Records Center, 4205 Suitland Road, Suitland, MD 20746
• EPA Environmental Science Center (ECS) Ft. Meade, 701 Mapes Road, Fort Meade, MD 20755
• Annapolis City Marina 410 Severn Avenue, Suite #109, Annapolis, MD 21403
• GSA Personal Property Center 6808 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150
• EPA Emergency Operations Center 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Building 437, Bluemont, VA 20135
• SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM at the Federal Triangle Complex | Warehouse operations support is between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. All hours are Monday through Friday (except during Federally observed holidays and administrative leave days).
