About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and transactions.
• Operate the cash register, handle various payment methods, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Strive to meet individual performance goals, including credit and loyalty sign-ups.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper point of sale procedures and practices.
• Help train new team members on best practices and company standards.
• Participate in daily operations such as register balancing and supply replenishment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more with assistance.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and reaching during scheduled shifts.

Pay Range: $16.75 - $24.20
