The Business Process Engineer is responsible for guiding design principles and leading the analysis, design, and enhancement of business and legal processes across the organization with a keen emphasis on satisfaction and outcomes. This role demands technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various design principles to drive process improvements, optimize operational efficiencies, and enhance the overall experience for the Firm and its clients. A remote work arrangement is available for this position.

Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, designing innovative legal and business administration workflows leveraging technology and AI, collaborating with legal teams, facilitating workshops, documenting process changes, conducting user research, leading implementation projects, and measuring the impact of changes.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business process engineering and process improvement.
  • Preferred legal experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Familiarity with RPA, Document Automation, Generative AI, and Business Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in design and process mapping tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating process improvement projects.
  • Excellent discretion, judgment, analytical skills, and empathy for users.

Salary ranges vary by location, and the position may be eligible for additional contingent compensation.
