$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Viridan Group is working with a leading OSP Infra and Data Center Services provider in Virginia. Given their growth, they need a Director to lead their Data Center Fiber division. This person will be a critical leader managing project execution growth and business operations across Virginia and the DMV region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, business development, and market planning.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and profitability targets
• Build and develop teams across project execution, field construction and operations
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers while helping to identify new revenue opportunities
• Source resources and vendors as needed to support project delivery and market growth
• Demonstrate strong leadership to drive accountability, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years of Project Management or Operations Management experience
• Prior Data Center OSP and Fiber Construction background
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project or Construction Management, telecommunications, or equivalent industry experience
