Assistant Project Manager- up to $100,000

Join an experienced and professional team specialising in the design and installation of Commercial Facade systems across Maryland.

Our client strives to deliver the highest quality, high performance Glazing solutions whilst ensuring long term sustainability.

Immediately looking to add Assistant Project Manager to their expanding unit who is keen to be trained and developed into a successful and established Glazing Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, do takeoffs, obtain quotes for materials and prepare proposals for new contracts
• Review contracts scope and specifications and prepare all submittal information and track their approval
• Review fabrication drawings, confirm compliance with Architectural drawings, prepare RFIs (Request for Information) and incorporate changes
• Prepare requests for proposals, review their cost and issue POs
• Prepare and manage construction schedules, daily reports, site pictures, etc.
• Attend construction meetings, field measure substrates and assist superintendents with quality control
• Preparing and tracking punch lists and submit closeout documents and warranties

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Preferred!
• Local to DC- Baltimore Area
• Around 5 years of Professional Relevant Experience in Commercial Exterior Glazing and ideally have exposure to Kawneer systems
• LEED Accredited or have plane to be within the next 12 months
• Commercial Curtain Wall and Storefront Construction Experience
