Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the construction lifecycle of projects valued between $1 million and $30 million. Your role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning and execution to ensure timely, within scope, and quality completion.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications for accurate bid submissions.
• Managing procurement of subcontractors, labor, and materials.
• Developing detailed project schedules and managing them effectively.
• Managing project budgets and reporting on financial health.
• Overseeing construction activities from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Monitoring site progress and quality through regular visits.
• Communicating with all stakeholders to align project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Procore, and similar tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
