$190,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counsel and representation to clients in corporate M&A transactions.
• Lead and manage all phases of M&A deals,
• Manage due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, to post-closing integration and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute effective corporate strategies.
• Advise clients on potential risks, deal structuring, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on developments in corporate law, including securities regulations, antitrust laws, and other relevant legal areas, to provide cutting-edge solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in corporate M&A with strong additional credentials.
• Law firm experience is required, with a proven ability to handle all aspects of M&A, from due diligence through closing and post-closing matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international corporate law, securities regulations, and antitrust issues, with the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft clear, compelling documents such as transaction agreements, memoranda, and client communications.
