As a Client Services Representative, you'll receive in-depth training to become an expert in guiding clients through the sign-up process, from explaining services to capturing accurate details. • Guide prospective clients through the step-by-step process of signing up for products or services, ensuring a clear and efficient experience.

• Meticulously collect, verify, and input all necessary customer data and sensitive information required for accurate account creation and service activation.

• Articulate service terms, conditions, pricing structures, and activation procedures for offerings, ensuring complete client understanding before enrollment.

• Proactively identify and resolve any questions, concerns, or minor obstacles that arise during the enrollment process to prevent client drop-offs.

• Accurately document all enrollment details, client interactions, and progress within our CRM and proprietary systems for comprehensive record-keeping.

• Collaborate seamlessly with sales, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a unified client experience from initial contact to active service.
