Home Instead provides high-quality, in-home care that allows older adults to live safely and comfortably at home. If you're someone who's passionate about helping others, this is the role for you! You'll be more than just a caregiver, you'll be a Care Pro. You'll spend your day assisting clients with daily activities, companionship, and personal care needs while ensuring their safety and well-being.

No experience? No problem! We're a licensed training facility and will cover the cost of Home Care Aide training for eligible employees.

Requirements:

- You're at least 18 years or older.

- You can lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.

- You have a driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

- You can work at least 20 hours a week.

- You're willing to work at least one weekend day (Saturday OR Sunday).

- You have a valid HCA/CNA license in Washington OR are willing to learn.

- Competitive Pay: $18.12 - $20.63 (dependent on licensure and level of care)

Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and conversation

- Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting

- Prepare meals

- Offer medication and appointment reminders

- Perform light housekeeping and laundry

- Transport clients to errands or appointments

- Support mobility and ensure safe movement

- Deliver specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's, Dementia, or in Hospice
