We have an immediate opening for a Forklift and Building Materials Operator at our Spokane Valley Distribution Center, and we encourage you to review the responsibilities and qualifications and apply today!

The starting wage is up to $21.00 per hour. This position may include overtime. Currently, the scheduled shift will be Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00am.

Key Functions:

• Safely operate and maintain propane or gas forklift to move products from stock lines to staging and/or cut stations.
• Safely load and unload products from various trailers and rail cars
• Safely do your job to ensure your personal safety and the safety of others.

• Courage to intervene in any unsafe practice

• Accurately perform basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, and multiplying.
• Accurately count units, record totals and document shipping and receiving activities.
• Develop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations.
• Commit to quality, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

This is not an inside warehouse position. This role will perform manual labor 55- 65% of the time
