Role Overview

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting their dignity and privacy. If this is how you like to work, then we want to talk to you!

What we offer

  • $20 - $23 DOE
  • PT NOC shift position for Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer resident calls and determine the best way to assist
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
  • Misc. tasks within the community including janitorial/housekeeping
  • Responding to residents needs overnight

Qualifications

  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and also independently
  • Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, and memory care
  • A love for seniors
  • Current certification/license HCA or CNA
  • Specialty training including dementia training, mental health training, preferred
  • CPR/First Aid, preferred
