Manager - Accounting | Finance Transformation | Project Consulting | Permanent Placement | Executive Search

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for long-term planning, scenario analysis, and performance tracking.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly variance analysis and executive-level dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business unit leaders to gather inputs, align assumptions, and support strategic initiatives.
• Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning or Workday Financials to improve planning efficiency and data accuracy.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep-dive financial analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, M&A diligence, and board reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a corporate or enterprise-level setting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or Workday Financials is required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
