Responsibilities:

  • Assessing potential projects and creating comprehensive management plans, covering tasks, drawings, compliance, cost projections, and more
  • Managing project budgets by monitoring expenses, revenues, and handling invoicing activities
  • Providing regular updates to clients and team members through daily and weekly meetings to maintain clear communication
  • Leading bid preparation and collaborating with management to develop competitive and thorough proposals
  • Serving as the primary resource for technical guidance, project execution, and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality throughout all project phases

Skills/Must have:

  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and encourage collaboration across all aspects of construction projects
  • Excellent communication abilities to clearly convey project goals and expectations to clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Solid problem-solving skills for handling challenges quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Exceptional organisational skills to oversee multiple projects at once and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Keen attention to detail to monitor regulatory compliance and uphold high-quality workmanship
  • A thorough understanding of construction principles combined with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • The ability to balance technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to drive successful project delivery
